| Role Description: | -Senior Management Position This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CEO and the prime purpose is to initiate, develop, enhance and implement creative HR strategies in the achievement of its business objectives and goals. You will be a key player in helping the organization meet its growth, profit and expansion plans through the provision of HR excellence. You will be a single contributor with some administrative support managing the full spectrum of HR with focus on talent acquisition and management. | |
| Requirements: | The successful candidate is a dynamic and highly energetic self starter with strategic thinking ability. You will be a graduate in HR Management and ideally with 10 years’ work experience in consultancy, recruitment or HR generalist in a fast-paced and growing business. Working closely with the senior management, you must have HR leadership experience and strong HR technical competencies. Experience of rapidly building businesses on a regional basis across Asia would be ideal. This role is based in Singapore with some travel regionally as you provide leadership and roll out HR initiatives.
