Our client is a listed Telecommunication company located in the Central area and is seeking for dynamic individuals to join their community as a HR Manager.

This is a role which requires you to partner with line business heads/managers to take a proactive and consultative approach in key areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, review and implementation of HR strategies, change management, as well as other HR related projects as they arise. You will also be involved in budget planning and keeping track of staff cost budgets while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of manpower by statistical analyses. You will also be involved in pulling together and analyzing monthly HR reports.

• Degree in any discipline must be from local universities.

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in generalist HR

• Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• Business acumen and numerically inclined

• Being Proficient in Excel will be an advantage

• Prefer male candidates
