Company Description:

Our client is a government statutory board located in the Central area and is seeking for dynamic individuals to join their community as a HR Manager.

Role Description:

You will be part of a team that helps to promote best human resource management and development. This includes providing HR services to designated divisions in areas of manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development as well as performance management. You will coordinate HR activities and undertake specific HRM or Organisation Development projects to further enhance existing internal processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Good recognised degree; preferably majoring in Human Resources.

• Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

• At least 2-3 years of broad experience in human resources, preferably with some experience in staffing or training & development.

• Prior experience in Human Resource Department within a statutory board environment will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for HR work.
