Company Description:Our client, a MNC FMCG company has gained worldwide reputation for its range of luxurious and superior quality products. They are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager (Learning & Development) to join their HR team.
Role Description:

In this exciting and challenging role you will lead and facilitate all global and local learning and development activities for Singapore office. You will assist in the talent identification and development activities, as well as upgrading staff knowledge, skills and competencies through training and development activities with the objective of retaining key talents and in building a professional and quality staff force in the organization. You will also play a HR Business Partnering role to the business units on all HR matters such as Recruitment and Selection, Employee-Relations,Manpower Planning, Performance Management.

Requirements:You should be a graduate in HR Management with Learning and Development experience with at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate is hands-on and able to work independently. You should possess strong interpersonal and communications skills to work with diverse groups of people.
