Company Description:Our client, a reputable and well-established US MNC, located in the East - Changi area, is urgently seeking for suitable candidates to join their dynamic team as a HR Officer.
Role Description:

• Execute hiring plan and recruit the best talents from the region to support business needs and growth

• Provide operational HR support and guidance to the business on the full spectrum of HR policies and practices in the area of recruitment, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, internship

• Be a system expert with web-based HR tools like Oracle, iRecruit, on-line performance management and compensation / focal tools

• Collaborate with process owners to drive the necessary HR process / program implementation and focus on continuous improvements in efficiencies;

• Review and enhance HR procedures, processes and policies on an on-going basis to meet local and corporate requirements

• Keep abreast of HR market trends and practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources preferred with more than 5 years in HR generalist experience

• Be driven, keen to learn, process and systems driven

• Prior experience with Oracle / SAP HR very much preferred

• Strong project management experience and facilitation skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, to work under time pressure and adaptable to a changing environment

• Permanent position

• 5 days work week

• Salary – Negotiable (depends on qualification and experience)
