Company Description:Our client who is a process technology provider to biotechnology and healthcare industries is currently seeking a dynamic Compensation Specialist to support all compensation initiatives for the region.

This is a newly created role reporting to the Senior HR Manager. You will be the technical expert in compensation within the Apac HR team headquartered in Singapore. You will conduct and compile research and analysis in areas of compensation and benefits like sales incentives plan, salary structures, bonus review and market trends data to achieve the overall objectives in attracting, motivating and retaining employees. You will also support the job evaluations and review performance management framework and coordinate the annual performance review process.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will be a graduate in statistics or HRM and has 3 to 5 years strong C&B experience. Strong analytical and numerical ability is highly desired. Ideally you should have experience working in an MNC environment and must be in a similar role with good knowledge of excel and SAP.
