| Role Description: | You are responsible for the leadership and management of the team in delivering career services to the program participants. You play a lead role in the development and implementation of appropriate career management strategies focusing on career counseling, campus recruitment and working in partnership with corporations or recruiters to deliver the quality and service levels which surpass the expectations of our participants. Additionally, you will also need to maintain close collaboration with colleagues in the overseas campus. | |
| Requirements: | Degree qualified, you have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in corporate recruitment, headhunting or outplacement services. Prior experience in training and counseling is a plus. You possess good commercial acumen with an international orientation and job market trends in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. | |
