Role Description:	You will be part of a dynamic & professional team that helps our clients optimize employee performance. Your role will be to provide learning and development advice to our clients and to design programs and conduct workshops to bring about positive behavioral change in the audience.
Requirements:	Proven track record in designing and/or facilitating workshops. Have a good foundation on learning & development theory and practice. Well-versed in one or more of the following areas: Leadership & Management Development, Team Effectiveness, Service Quality, Workplace Effectiveness & soft skills. Degree with at least 5 yrs working experience. Only those with min 8 yrs’ experience with 3 yrs in managerial capacity will be considered for the senior position. Qualification in training or ACTA an added advantage. Excellent presentation, multi-tasking, communication & facilitation skills. High degree of energy, drive & passion for training others.
