Role Description:	Drive and implement key exercises including annual performance management, salary review, salary benchmarking and benefits survey, competitive wage rates and design of incentives packages Develop, implement and administer the organisation’s rewards and benefit policies Extend advice and guidance in the review and execution of policies and procedures to ensure fair and equitable utilisation of rewards and benefits programmes Perform job evaluations to ensure equity in pay differences Research and analyse salary rates and benefits offered by competitors in the industry
