Role Description:	Drive HR projects while managing country partnership in the region Establish and maintain HR networking through regular communication in the region Regional advisory role and support in translating business and HR strategies into HR roadmap and executable actions Adopt advisory role in performance management, succession planning, talent management and career development as well as expatriate management Collaborate with regional team and country HR managers on region-wide human resource and talent initiatives and issues
