| Role Description: | Reporting to a senior HR VP, you drive operational excellence programs and interventions across the Asia Pacific region. Your role encompassed design and implementation of programs, workflows and processes to drive consistency and ensure alignment to corporate directions. The areas of focus are on Employee Engagement, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Employer Branding and driving a coaching culture. You will lead in HR projects and enhance the sharing of best practices. | |
| Requirements: | Degree qualified, you come with 10 to 15 years of HR experience with a proven track record in driving operational excellence across the region. Prior experience operating in a fast paced and dynamic MNC is a must. Strong project management and analytical skills are a must. A commercially savvy HR professional, you have a strategic mindset and a proven track record in rolling out OD and OE initiatives. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills. | |
