Role Description:	Operating as a leader for this Centre of Excellence, you play a key role in HR advisory with focus on Employee Relations that include design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, policies, processes and tracking mechanisms. As a subject matter expert, you advise and coach the business managers on related employee relations matters. As people manager, you drive your team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:	Degree qualified, you have 10 years of HR experience with good knowledge of employee relations, practices and procedures. Knowledge of employment laws, economic trends and regulations are a great plus. You are able to provide thought leadership for the related programs. You are a problem solver with good prioritization skills. A strong mentor and coach, you are also culturally sensitive and constantly enhancing your team capabilities. An excellent communicator, you engage effectively with staff of all levels.
