| Role Description: | You will manage the global talent pool and work closely with the Global Head of Hr and corporate affairs to provide international relocation support services. You will be the subject matter expert to people related issues and develop mobility guidelines and policy, repatriation administration and formalise re-integration plans. You will also develop and review approaches to compensation & benefits, transfer premiums, allowances and family support services for relocating employees. | |
| Requirements: | The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resource Management with at least 6-8 years of working in a generalist capacity and 2-3 years specialising in mobility or expatriate management. You are a self starter with strong analytical skills and sharp project management skills. You excel at building relationships and will be able to partner a wide range of managers. You work well independently and in a team, you have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. | |
