| Role Description: | You will play a key part in the set-up of the business unit, including providing HR input to activities relating to the building of a new facility and will work closely with key personnel in the UK and Singapore. You will also be responsible for ensuring that robust HR policies, procedures and systems are implemented. Additionally, you will play an integral role in recruitment, overseeing compensation and benefits, training and development, performance and talent management. | |
| Requirements: | The ideal candidate possesses a good university degree and has at least 6-7 years of core HR experience. A self-starter who works well independently and in a team, you have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. You have strong analytical skills and thrive on bringing order and structure to challenging situations. The right attitude is crucial, we seek someone who is hands-on highly passionate and results-driven. You excel at building relationships and will be able to partner a wide range of managers and should ideally have experience working in an MNC environment with companies headquartered in North America or Europe. | |
