The organization is currently seeking for a very experienced Human Resource Manager to be part of their newly established subsidiary. The mission of this subsidiary is to help infocomm companies penetrate into new markets overseas and work with them to tap opportunities for new businesses.
As this is a newly established subsidiary, HR Manager should expect work to be in a start-up environment. In addition, he / she must be able to adapt to changes and be flexible at work. The HR manager has to plan and manage the Compensation and Benefits of staffs posted overseas. | | Role Description: | Perform the full spectrum of HR function including performance management, recruitment, salary, compensation and benefits administration; with emphasis on compensation and overseas terms and conditions
Develop and implement competitive total compensation strategies such as sales incentive plan and stock options programme to attract, motivate and retain talents
Plan and manage the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programmes and recommend changes in accordance with local prevailing or foreseen employment conditions
Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews, design compensation packages and undertake research on HR compensation and benefits trends and best practices
Conduct and manage job evaluation exercises
Provide expert advice to staff, line managers and HR Business Partners on all matters concerning compensation structures, benefits, benchmarking and rewards
| | Requirements: | Honours Degree in any discipline. Candidates with a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource or Compensation and Benefits or its equivalent will have an advantage
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience of which 4 years are in regional compensation and benefits capacity
Adept with numbers with strong background in Statistics/Mathematics and Advanced MS Excel skills
Highly meticulous, hands-on and able to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic environment independently
Proactive self-starter, result and customer oriented with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
Able to work in a start-up environment and must be able to adapt to changes and be flexible when work is concern
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
