| Role Description: | Reporting to the Regional Human Resource Director, you provide full spectrum HR support to the regional office based in Singapore. Adopting a proactive and consultative approach, you ensure an effective and efficient HR service delivery. Additionally, you act as an advisor on all human resources related matters with specific focus on compensation and benefits. | |
| Requirements: | Degree qualified, you come with minimally seven years of HR generalist experience and a strong foundation in compensation and benefits. Prior working experience in a multi-cultural and matrix organisation is a must. Having an exposure in international compensation is an added advantage. Additionally, you are mature and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. | |
