Role Description:

We represent a leading international bank with a dynamic and performance orientated culture. This newly created role has a strong emphasis on business change management and engagement with senior leaders at group level. You will work as a strategic partner to the various business function heads, and help enhance functional performance through appropriate advice and facilitation of robust and integrated people management tools and processes. You will support the Head of HR and line managers in aligning business and people plans and objectives by using strong consultation skills, appropriate HR interventions and employee engagement tools. This role will also involve business manpower planning, performance and reward, and talent management and development. In addition, you will also actively participate and lead HR in other cross functional projects.

Requirements:Priority will be given to talent with solid experience in relationship management and consulting to senior business management from within the banking and finance sector. It is also expected that you will have experience in facilitating change and supporting business transformation programs, and rolling out HR initiatives to respective businesses. Likewise, you will have experience in developing strategic plans that address concerns of the respective business. Interpersonally, you are a dynamic self starter who can think strategically whilst keeping your feet on the ground. Ability to articulate effectively to all business levels is essential.
