Leading the creation and building of the Learning Services organization in Asia, you will work with existing regional Learning activity. You will articulate and implement the Learning Services strategy and tactics across Asia whilst exercising direct operational control across geographically disbursed locations. You will lead the Learning Services team and execute day to day decision making and management of the Learning Services organization. Manage content for on-line HR intranet portal content by liaising with content owners and technical implementers.

Additionally, you will also develop service levels that drive customer satisfaction and group objectives. Constructively participate in the development of a Global earning service delivery strategy for the group and document and execute clear strategic and tactical plans to transform the current model.
