As the HR Project Manager, you will take the lead HR role for the workstream across geography and projects. Working with the Asia HR Programme Office you will represent HR on the appropriate forums and support the business through the integration and divestment phases. You will co-ordinate, monitor and maintain progress against specific milestones contained within business projects and sub projects, and ensure the integration is delivered to professional standards within multiple locations.

You will use your project management skills to determine project scope and manage risks and issue as they arise. Assuming ownership for specific integration and divestment activity, including regional responsibility for a business workstream, cross business country responsibility, and/or multiple projects, you will ensure the smooth roll out of new terms and contracts in relevant countries ensuring full milestone plans, stakeholder engagement and cross HR delivery.
