You are responsible for the delivery of entry level and experienced talent pipelines to meet the growth needs of our client’s company by developing and executing an entry level recruitment strategy both locally and overseas to meet the recruitment demand. Additionally, you will also support the business from a Talent management and HR business partnering perspective.

Specifically, you will act as the content expert and single point of contact for Campus Career Services (local/overseas) and fresh graduates; organise and facilitate recruiting events and sourcing activities; conduct screening and behavioural interviews; establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders; deliver key marketing messages to the business to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process; develop campus recruitment initiatives and programs in line with the company’s recruitment marketing strategy. Manage a recruitment pipeline including determining resource status and needs, and manage post-offer processes.
