The organization aims to cultivate a dynamic and competitive infocomm industry in Singapore. | | Role Description: | Develop and manage resource utilisation system with "time-sheet" based system to facilitate optimal manpower resource deployment among various consultancy projects.
Ensures the efficient allocation of consultants to projects. Includes considering staffing mix, procurement of contracting services, forecasting market trends to ensure the availability of staff with appropriate skills for projects
Conduct the review of manpower deployment in collaboration with Group Directors
Develop and promote the establishment of uniform practices, processes and standards and ensure compliance to the governance framework
Recommend and set up a manpower tracking system, including drawing up user requirements for the manpower tracking system
| | Requirements: | Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the Infocomm industry
Prior experience in similar role in a consultancy firm will be an advantage
Good working knowledge of the applications related technologies will be an advantage
Good people management skills
Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
