Role Description:      

Develop, communicate and implement the HR strategy for the region. Guide, manage and ensure that HR policies, procedures and systems are implemented across the region. Ensure corporate values and behaviours are reflected across the region by effective coordination with all country HR leaders. Play an integral role in recruitment. Lead and manage compensation and benefits, performance management and development planning, and talent management across the region. Increase and enhance employee engagement and communication. Oversee employee health and safety, welfare and wellness. Oversee employee relations. Lead the planning, development and delivery of the organisational capabilities required for the sustained achievement of business goals. Design, develop and deliver strategic and operational HR services to the businesses. Be an active business partner to Regional SVP's and provide solutions for enhancing human capital potential. Coaching of the senior management on people management issues. Anticipate, adapt and respond to changing business needs.

Requirements:         

Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines. Asia regional HR experience in a leadership role. Hands-on experience with local HR issues across the Asia region. Large corporate experience who has developed and launched change initiatives, leadership programs, performance management and a strong talent management process. Business acumen at operational and strategic level. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and dynamic personality. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and partner a wide range of managers. Assertive, hands-on, result oriented and able to work under pressure. Self-starter who works well independently and in a team. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Strong analytical skills and thrive on bringing order and structure to challenging situations. Previous experience in a service related industry is preferable. Travel required.

Salary Range: (SGD, annual) Negotiable
