Position:          Organization Development Manager/Assistant Manager

Role Description:

Undertake communication and organisation development initiatives. Keep staff informed about the vision, key goals and objectives, core values and major initiatives undertaken by the company. Support corporate change initiatives by ensuring that the reasons for changes in policies and procedures are well explained to all staff. Provide channels for staff to communicate their ideas and concerns to management within corporate guidelines, directions and resources available. Assist in designing and facilitating at team offsites and meetings for line division to create a working environment that will make staff more effective in their work and in the process promote relationship building. Assist in conducting internal and external surveys to measure standard of services delivery of staff. Support senior management in improving service effectiveness.

Requirements:          

Recognized General Degree in Business Administration/Management with postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communications is preferred. At least 1 year of working experience in employee communications and organisation development and learning. Knowledge in SQC and ISO9000 framework. Experience in management consulting, such as business process improvement. Experience in corporate communications and knowledge of HR concepts would be an advantage. Able to interact and communicate with all levels within the organisation. Good facilitation skills and a team player. Due to security clearance requirements, position is only open to Singapore citizens and PR.

Salary Range: (SGD, annual) $48,000
