Position: Talent Management Manager

Role Description:
Work with the Senior Leadership Team to determine and prioritise organisation-wide talent management needs. Design and implement integrated talent management programmes and ensure effectiveness. Manage the execution of succession planning programmes. Provide strategic advisory to the talent acquisition function.
Requirements:
Honours Degree in any discipline. Candidates with a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development or Human Resource related degree will have an advantage. Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource Development. Ability to manage ambiguity and change. Experience in managing senior stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Proactive self-starter and a team player. Due to security clearance requirements, position is only open to Singapore citizens and PR.
