Role Description:      

As head of recruitment, you will provide a high level of consultancy to the business, recommend and lead resourcing strategy for these regions and work closely with business stakeholders, divisional heads of resourcing, HR business partners and their local teams. You will put in place optimal operational strategies to ensure that attraction, selection and delivery of the best quality candidates in the most cost effective way, manage and implementation of global policies.

Requirements:          

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of recruitment or HR generalist experience and the ability to drive new processes, manage change, and previous responsibility for setting and managing budgets. To be successful in this role, you must have strong advisory and interpersonal skills, be commercially savvy and possess the ability to drive business initiatives.
