Role Description:
Ensure consistency of global R&E policies, standards and principles at the regional and country level, providing guidance to countries in the customisation, implementation, and regular review of processes. Develops and communicate additional region-specific R&E strategies as needed and coordinates the translation of requirements coming from Business HR into regional action plans. Implement region-wide R&E plans and programs, analyzing regional market trends, designing region-specific resourcing processes, managing the positioning of the employer brand, developing and implementing regional approaches to graduate recruiting, ensuring the application of valid and reliable selection tools, executing regional retention initiatives, managing and monitoring regional workforce balance, and developing region-specific employment policies. Acts as a hub function for countries in the region, fostering intra-regional collaboration and facilitating the exchange of feedback and best practices, as well as the delivery of training initiatives within the region and with the global R&E team.
Requirements:
Master degree in HR Management or equivalent Possess at least 10 years' relevant experience in the resourcing function. Proven track record in Resourcing & Employment content areas. Possess experience in working across regions, appreciating the need for local specification and global consistency. Possess analytical skills to translate global requirements into local implementation activities and service offerings. Possess strong communication and influencing skills, to gain the credibility of regional and sub-regional Business and HR representatives
Salary Range: (SGD, annual) Negotiable
