Role Description:
Working with the regional head of policy & employment, you will provide employee relations and advice across the region on matters such as individual and collective disputes, exit arrangements and restrictive covenants. You will also provide specialist technical advice on creating, managing and executing complex restructures, acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals. Interpret legal and employing entities, employment and contract matters across the business and region, and advise on complex due diligence matters.
You will also be required to enhance HR capability in areas such as business change and knowledge of employment policies and legislation through training initiatives and publishing updates. Additionally, your role will also involve you to engage and act as a business partner to the business and your human resources counterparts to understand key priorities and requirements.
Requirements:
To qualify, a strong background in employment law coupled with a minimum eight years of human resources within a global organisation is essential. You should also have solid employee relations experience gained within a unionised environment. Experience in transformational business change, including acquisitions, disposals or joint ventures are highly desirable.
