Position: Head of HR, Asia - HREO/23157/SW
Role Description:
You shall manage a regional HR team to support the needs of the staff and senior management team in a multicultural, fast paced, complex and demanding environment. You will be trusted advisor and business partner to regional management team members. Key areas of focus include Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Management.
Requirements:
You should be Bachelor's degree qualified with minimum 12 years of relevant HR experience in mid to large international multi-nationals, with at least 5 years of compensation and benefits specialisation. You possess excellent communication and engagement skills. You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and fast moving environment. You are versatile and have a high level of comfort with ambiguity and change.
