Role Description:
As an integral part of the regional management team, you will be responsible for leading and strengthening the HR function in the Asia Pacific region including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits as well as employee relations. Working closely with the business, you will formulate HR strategies and policies to support the company’s growth and fulfill business objectives. You will also play an instrumental role in fostering a highly motivated working environment.
Requirements:
To be considered, you will be degree qualified with 15 year of HR experience and at least five years in a senior management position. You will have strong business acumen with an open and creative mind and be prepared to take on about 50% of regional travel. Proven track record of working with diverse group of employees at all levels is required. Asia Pacific experience is necessary and you will possess strong language capabilities in English and Mandarin.
