Germany – Forget Wonderbras. Germany is giving its women a new kind of support, dubbed “bullet-proof bras”.

In a report by Reuters, the new bra will be made out of white cotton and will feature the word “Polizei”, German for police, along the seam. More importantly, the new bra will reduce the risk of injuries caused by wearing a regular bra underneath a bullet-proof vest. Though not exactly bullet-proof by itself, "if the vest is hit by a projectile, this can have an impact on the metal bit in the bra underneath and cause injuries”, said a police spokesperson.

The spokesperson also said that it will issue these bras to 3,000 policewomen.
