Role Description:
•Build strong relationships with senior management team, acting as an executive coach on people management matters • Develop, communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations in the region • Provide active leadership and direction on HR issues such as talent acquisition, organizational development, rewards management, and learning and development • Enhance organization effectiveness through integrated people management tools and processes

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field of knowledge is required. • Ten to twelve years’ HR experience with a minimum of five years experience in a senior management role • Previous experience working with senior leadership teams in fast paced and dynamic environments • Self starter with initiative and proactive approach • Possess strong interpersonal and good communication skills

Salary Range: (SGD, annual) Negotiable
