If you are resourceful, IT savvy and keen to take on new challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic team! Successful candidates will be assigned to one or more of the following areas:

_ Performance Management

_ Staff Learning and Development

_ Staff Appointments and Contract Management

_ Co-ordination and organisation of corporate activities

_ Policy formulation and implementation

_ You will also be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, in addition to facilitating classes and advising students on student life activities. Successful candidates may also be rotated across different HR functions over time

Republic Polytechnic (RP) is Singapore_s fifth and newest post-secondary educational institution. It is the first educational institution in Singapore to adopt the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach for all its diploma programmes.

RP was established on 1 August 2002 and commenced operations from July 2003. Our stabilised student enrolment figure is expected to be about 13,000. Republic Polytechnic has six schools and four centres offering twenty nine diploma courses in Information & Communications Technology, Engineering, Applied Science, Technology for the Arts, Sports, Health & Leisure, Culture and Communication and Events and Hospitality Management. We are committed to nurturing innovation and entrepreneurial learning in an environment that develops problem-solving process skills and a life-long learning attitude. Its holistic,broad-based curriculum, covering culture, enterprise development and cognitive processes, prepares students for an active and meaningful role in society.

Requirements:

_ Good degree in any discipline (preferably with good Honours)

_ Good communication and interpersonal skills

_ Able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and diverse portfolios

_ Meticulous and careful in work assignments

_ Must be IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access

_ Those with working experience in Human Resources(especially in performance management or human capital development)will be preferred
