Role Description:
- Source for high potential and creative/innovative profiles for all management positions in order to meet business needs
- Develop awareness of the employer branding within the student population at targeted universities/business schools and amongst early career professionals
- Manage key global recruitment projects
- Contribute to achieving balanced diversity within management teams
- Manage the integration program for new employees
- Responsible for exit management (resignations and termination of contracts) and exit interviews
Requirements:
- You should have a Degree in Human Resource Management or a Business related discipline
- At least 5 - 7 years' working experience, of which 3 - 5 years in a similar role.
- Have strategic business vision and able to thrive in a complex, networked and international environment.
- Intelligent, good listening capacity and have strong interpersonal skills.
