Role Description:
Reporting to the head of Global Mobility, you have end-to-end accountability for the management, coordination and administration of all mobility into, out of and within the Asia region. You will be responsible for providing a total mobility service to business managers and HR Business Partners globally to help them manage their global mobility needs while supporting assignees and transferees throughout their assignment or transfer.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have a full understanding of global mobility, with ideally five years' experience of working in a global mobility or international assignment team, preferably in-house. You possess a broad understanding of expatriate tax, pension and social security issues, immigration and cultural differences as well as experience of working with a range of external providers. A strong communicator and people-person, you have the ability to influence others and to be flexible and creative within the parameters of the company's policy. Solid multi-tasking skills, the ability to manage deadlines and changing circumstances and an empathy with individuals adjusting to a new environment would be critical factors for success.
