Role Description:

  • Ensure that compensation and benefits policies and programmes remain highly competitive and responsive to market changes
  • Review existing compensation programs, benchmark against market practises and develop HR policies that complement one another in meeting organisational objectives amidst a rapidly changing environment

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant compensation and benefits experience with at least 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
  • Familiar with and up-to-date on market practices, trends and development
  • Experience in compensation and benefits consulting would be advantageous
  • Innovative, resourceful and self-driven with the ability of multi-task
