You will focus on the top executive population in the company and provide expert advice on long term as well as short term incentive plans, shares, options, bonuses, salary and benefits issues. You will leverage off external parties to supplement your knowledge. Scope exists to quickly move up into a broader C&B role, if desired..

You will be analytical, methodical and able to balance a number of competing priorities at once.
