Role Description:
You shall act as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing a comprehensive and appropriate people strategy to support a dynamic and fast growing business, through the effective management of a diverse regional HR team.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be Bachelor's or Master's degree qualified with around 14 years of relevant HR experience in mid to large international multi-nationals. Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in the Asia Pacific region, with proven experience in creating and implementing HR programmes and policies is essential. You should have excellent written and verbal English language skills. This position is well-suited for a business-oriented and yet operationally astute senior HR practitioner with deep functional capabilities and strong people management skills. Highly adaptable individuals with excellent communication and relationship skills, who enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and fast moving multi-cultural environment, are ideal. Some regional and international travel is required.
