Role Description:

  • Provide creative and apt solutions on various human resource and industrial relation issues for the business units
  • Proactively handle and advise on areas pertaining to resource allocation, rewards, performance management, retention and development initiatives
  • Maintaining good employee relations with line managers through coaching, counselling and dialogues

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Customer-focused mindset and be comfortable to interact with people of all levels
