Bikram Yoga City Hall is the only authorised Bikram Yoga studio in Singapore. Its 90-minute yoga classes are conducted in a 40 °C room to stimulate the organs, glands and nerves in body.

Planet Fitness provides cardiovascular and strength training equipment at six gyms across Singapore. There are 300 group exercise classes that take place each week which range from spinning to body combat and pilates.
The fitness centre is known for its 30-minute Rush Hour Workout Circuit whereby patrons get a full body workout in half an hour.
