Singapore - In a bid to promote family bonding, OCBC employees and their children celebrated Eat With Your Family Day by participating in a sandwich-making contest.

Employees whose children are enrolled in OCBC's on-site childcare centre, The Little Skool-House at-OCBC-Centre, were encouraged to make sandwiches with their children earlier this morning. They were also encouraged to spend their lunch break with their children today too.

This celebration is part of the bank's commitment in supporting employees balance work and family obligations. Other work-life programmes offered by the company include flexiplan benefits and lunch talks on parenting, eldercare and healthcare issues.
