Role Description:
- Manage full spectrum of HR activities for the assigned client group: managing, implementing, administering, localising and integrating HR strategies, programmes and guidelines in-line with the business objectives. This includes the areas of organisation design, employee relations, compensation, recruiting, performance management, training, leadership development, and career coaching.
- Support reporting manager to design and implement HR programmes to drive people strategy.
- Develop strong business relationships with the client group. Develop and drive the people agenda for the client group. Analyse and present information to the management team that enables good business decision making.
- Be an employee service provider and advocate.
- Serve as the central contact and HR service broker for assigned client group.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources and/or a post-graduate (preferred) qualification in Human Resources - Minimum 5 years of directly applicable HR experience - Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment and recognise trends - Possess the ability to work across a multi-functional organisation and with employees at all levels. - Demonstrated knowledge of applicable labour laws - Strong project management, HRIS, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of IT and/or software IT industry is preferred - Fluent English speaking and writing skills highly desired.
