Role Description:
The incumbent will assist in the development & execution of the talent management practices that will attract, develop, retain and deploy talent to drive the Corporate and Group strategic business goals. He/She will partner with business and HR leaders to drive successful Talent Review processes, create succession plans, monitor the development of key talent and ensure that development plans are in place and achieved.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or profession qualification in Human Resource Management
- Relevant experience is essential, preferably from the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable
