Director of Training

Role Description:
The incumbent will determine the training needs of the organisation and develop, and execute the competencies and core training programmes for all levels of staff. In addition, the incumbent will assist to prepare training budget and total company training plan including rolling out training programmes for new hotels and initiating executive development programme. You will also lead the management of key strategic vendor relationships, engaging other team members and stakeholders as appropriate.

Requirements:
•Diploma/Degree or profession qualification in Human Resource Development

• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Pre-opening training experience
• Effective interpersonal, influencing and coaching skills

•Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable
