Role Description:
The incumbent must have HR management and development experience in an international hotel organization to provide strategic oversight and operational coordination for HR activities such as recruitment & selection, change and performance as well as quality talent and services management. He/she must plan and execute major organization effectiveness initiatives including identifying opportunities to align, integrate and improve capabilities, structures and systems; manage the training, learning and development function for the Group and develop talent management programmes and succession planning.

Requirements:
