Recently appointed a month ago, Jacqueline Teo is Acergy's new regional HR manager (operations) for Asia and Middle East. She will be responsible for the company’s entire spectrum of HR operations in Asia and Middle East. Teo said the opportunities for career growth and challenges in this role attracted her to this company as she feels HR can make an important contribution to the business by being a business partner as well as the face and conscience of the business. And she remains firmly in the HR generalist camp as she adds, “I have no favourites as I enjoy the diversity of the HR functions.” MOH Holdings has appointed Nancy Tan as its new director of HR and talent management and development.
