In a nutshell:
A graduate in business administration from Havard Business School, Bill Lang is a trainer in areas of leadership, team performance improvement, employee and customer engagement as well as coaching on how to be effective workplace coach.

Lang’s training career started in 1985 when he joined the faculty at the University of Melbourne. He trained in the areas of strategic marketing, customer and employee engagement, leadership and business improvement. Lang was also a management consultant and an investment banker.

On why his workshop will be useful to people, Lang explained, “Most trainers consider their job done once they have delivered their training session but I see a training session as the beginning of the process of developing better skills. Employers hire and value skills so I provide tools, ongoing education and personal mentoring to help my students be more successful.”

Lang has also produced and hosted his own 13-ep TV show Career Success with Bill Lang and contributed to skill development programs such as Winning the Career you Deserve and 8 Skill for Management Success™. He is now in the midst of writing a new book Engagineering™ - The art and Science of Personal and Group Engagement.

Some of his clients include Standard Chartered Bank, British Gas, AT&T, BHP Billiton and ANZ Bank.

Rehashed or new?
Each skill, that Lang coaches, comes with ongoing online mentoring. Members of his website, thecareermentor.com, can access a range of videos, podcasts, specific templates and articles on how to get the job they want and how to advance in their careers. In addition, online mentors will be available to answer specific questions.

Delivery style
