Our client, a renowned healthcare provider is seeking a Manpower Planning Senior Manager to be responsible for organisation wide workforce-related planning, analysis and forecasting of manpower resources.
The role will be responsible for partnering with department HOD to analyse manpower requirements in planning the workforce and explore cross department deployment to ensure a sound governance framework. In addition, the role will drive Talent Acquisition activities and develop an effective employer branding strategy.
Possess Bachelor's Degree in HR. 8 to 10 years of experience in workforce planning preferably in large organisations. Strong business partnering and influencing skills are required.
