Role Description: The Human Resource Department is looking for a self-motivated, experienced and dynamic individual to join its HR Development team, which is responsible for delivering effective learning and training solutions for general development of MAS staff and managing the talent pool of the organisation.
You will be involved in designing and executing learning solutions and partnering with training providers to structure leadership and general development programmes that meet the needs of the organisation, as well as policy reviews and training curriculum design and implementation.
As part of a team, you will also be involved in projects relating to staff engagement and development such as work-life and employee communication initiatives within MAS, as well as engagement surveys. Applicants with background in talent management will also be considered to help develop and execute talent management practices that will attract, develop, deploy and retain talent to meet the organisation's goals.
Requirements:• Good Degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience
• Familiarity with developmental tools in leadership and organisation development will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with all levels of staff
• Highly attuned to business needs with strong drive and initiative
• Have a strategic approach, proactive, dedicated and a team player
