An exciting opportunity has opened up for a seasoned HR practitioner to fill the position of Vice President, Human Resources.

In this exciting role, you will bolster the regional infrastructure across the ASEAN region, champion and execute the long and short term HR initiatives and programs. You will handle the full spectrum of HR functions at both the strategic and operational levels including employee engagement, employer branding, performance management and talent management. Working closely with Senior Management and Regional Business Leaders, you will play a key role in achieving internal alignment among the business units management on HR initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree qualified, you are an experienced HR Leader and HR Business Partner. You will come with minimum 10 years of HR experience handling full spectrum of HR. You have been an Advisor on HR issues to business leaders in their operations locally and regionally. Experienced in a financial services industry will have an added advantage.
