Company Description:

Our client is a listed MNC which is a leader in manufacturing semiconductor equipment in Asia Pacific. They are looking for a Senior HR Manager to spearhead their HR strategy and operation in their Singapore office and other regional offices.

Role Description:      

Senior HR Generalist Role
Covers Singapore office and assists or leads other APAC offices
Remuneration will commensurate with candidate’s experience

This role would suit an experienced HR professional who can initiates and delivers all aspects of the HR functions as a HR Generalist and a Trusted Adviser to the management team. Working closely with the Group Corporate VP and leading Global HR initiatives, you will have a small team of direct reports assisting you. Your main responsibility is to meet the company's HR requirements in areas of business partnering, talent management, Compensation & Benefit realignment and other HR operations. You will need to actively engage with Business Heads in all HR matters. You need to be both strategic and hands-on in your operational approach, adaptive to a fast paced and ever-changing environment. The position offers a challenging and good career enhancement environment which suits ambitious and progressive people who seeks for challenges to improve, add value and lead a team of HR practitioners to help the company achieve its key objectives.

Requirements:          

As the successful applicant, you would have undertaken a similar role previously and be familiar with a manufacturing/engineering industry environment. You will be an experienced HR professional, with a degree in HRM or relevant discipline, ideally with 8+ years of HR generalist experience. Besides having an excellent track record in building and maintaining relationships at all levels at a MNC, you must have the attention to details and relevant experience in rolling out HR initiatives of World best practices to other regional offices.
